- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Final sale items and gift cards are non-refundable
How to Start a Return
- Email support@lumera.shop with your order number
- We’ll send you a return label and instructions within 1 business day
- Pack the item securely and ship it back
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In that case, we’ll cover return shipping and send a free replacement at no charge.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t work as expected, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
