Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number sent via email within 24 hours of shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please email support@lumera.shop with your order number. We’ll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.
